Administrative Assistant needed for 55+ RV Resort in Yuma, AZ
The Administrative Assistant reports to and is responsible to the Resort Manager and assists in the performance of operational tasks. The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Reviews resident applications and performs necessary background checks to determine qualification.
Retention of residents.
Prepares routine leases; marketing and placing advertisements when needed.
Complete market surveys monthly.
Shops competing sites from time to time.
Oversees rental collection and delinquent rents.
Initiates and tracks payments of bills.
Resolves minor resident disputes.
Perform regular purging and storage of tenant and vendor files.
Work on special projects as assigned by the Property Manager.
Position requires extensive administrative and organizational skills.
Must have Administrative Assistant experience.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work loads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google+.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including excellent telephone skills).
2 years admin property experience.
Valid drive's license.
