Customer Service Department


Responsibilities Include:

Process and confirm customer orders
Ensure that all regulatory requirements for orders are met for each order
Audit orders for accuracy
Answer incoming phone calls from customers
Proactively provide updates to customers on their orders
Log incoming orders received via fax and e-mail
Supply customers with required documentation
Scan and file processed orders

Qualifications and Skills Required:

-Strong customer service experience
-Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
-Ability to work independently as well as with multiple departments and team members
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
-Strong computer skills
-4 year degree required
