Are you looking for a career? Then we are looking for you! Our rapidly growing insurance company is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Tracking Department. Our company provides insurance tracking services to financial institutions throughout the country. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing borrower insurance documentation for property, auto, and flood policies.
Monitoring bank reports and accessing agent and carrier websites to request information.
Fielding inbound and initiating outbound phone calls with insurance agents and borrowers to obtain policy renewals and new business.
In addition, candidates should exhibit the ability to actively participate as a member of a cohesive team to provide stellar service to our customers, both internal and external. Candidates should have the ability to shift priorities as needed, exhibiting high energy and a positive outlook as an engaged team member. The ideal candidate should successfully work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Department hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
***This is a full time position, 10:30AM-7:00PM Monday-Friday with a start date of Monday, September 14, 2015.***
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Business casual work environment
Hourly range is $13.00 to $15.00
