Administrative position in Purchasing, also some clerical support for accounting and other departments. Assist the buyer with daily operations as it relates to the purchasing processes. Close working relation with several departments. Create purchase orders in MAS200, Expedite, verify costs, update database, maintain files, telephone communication, review vendor costs, ability to meet with vendors and to promote Omron and its products in a professional manner.


Job Requirements:

Minimum High School diploma, or GED. Two years college is preferred. Prefer experience in a Purchasing Department, a minimum of two years experience in MS Word and MS Excel, 10-Key by touch, must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, government regulations, and other business documents.This position requires sitting, walking, and the ability touse hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and the ability to see,talk and hear. The lifiting requirements: the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
