Human Resources Administrative Assistant
- Meets/exceeds internal and external customer expectations, including suppliers
- Assist Human Resources Manager with administration of policies and procedures, and employee issues
- Assist in compliance to all laws and regulations for personnel management
- Maintain adherence to quality standards in department
- Recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
- Develop generalist background
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required )
- Excellent organizational skills
- Clear understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Ability to constructively inform others of issues
- Will be maintaining employee relations
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in Human Resources required.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word with Access a plus.
- Must be able to work an overnight shift and overtime if needed.
