Job Description: Greeting customers when they walk in, assisting sales people with customers when needed. Organizing and entering repair bills for our inventory into our company DMS. Opening and entering bills and insurance cancellations from current customers into our DMS. Uploading vehicle pictures to our DMS. Must have the ability to answer phones, take messages and help solve our customers problems when possible. Must be a good team player with other co workers and customers.
Must be a Positive person (Do you smile a lot?)
Passion for business & the ability of critical thinking
Open to learning new things
-Bi-Lingual is a plus
-Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
-Basic understanding of Quickbooks
-Must have good people skills
Starting $10-$12/Hr 30-40hrs Week
