Currently seeking restaurant line and banquet cooks for fast paced concept restaurant and banquet facility. Ideal candidates will have the following skills.
3 Years experience in restaurant, banquet, or catering kitchen
Positive attitude and outlook
Ability to do repetitive work while maintaining quality
Knowledge of cooking procedures.(grill, sear, saute, fry, bake)
Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Flexible with job duties and hours
Able to work a variety of shifts including late nights and weekends
Follow opening and closing procedures
Ability to work in a high pace and hot environment
Ability to multi-task
Stand and walk for long periods of time
