This position starts ASAP!
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs);Monday- Friday;First Shift
Roles and Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Sales Representatives you have to keep in touch and follow up with current and prospective customers to see if they have any additional needs or concerns. The sales rep may also order install or service products. Customer service representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and resolve customer's complaints.
* Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
* Records details about customer inquiries.
* Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
* Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
