We are looking for a Leasing Agent/Office Assistant who are motivated, reliable, dependable, responsible, detail oriented, fast & efficient and a self-starting person to join our team.
Leasing Agent Job Description:
To qualify for this position, candidate must have at least 1 yr experience in the following areas:
Computer literate and proficient in scanning, emailing, printing, and faxing.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Show apartments, screen tenants, prepare leases, move-in/move-out process, schedule maintenance work orders, rent collection, reconcile tenant accounts, property inspections, and conduct open houses.
1 year experience in property management a plus but willing to train the right candidate if experience is limited.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with an upbeat and friendly personality.
Office Assistant Job Description:
Data entry, filing, scan, copy, fax and other routine office duties
Answering phones-Customer Service
Must be proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent organization skills
Must be able to do open houses
Ability to work well in a team environment
Assists manager or office staff with other needs as required
