ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Collaborate with other Asset Manager in supervising property management companies and in tracking financial performance of the Company's real estate portfolio.
2.Prepare and review regular reports to senior management, lenders and regulators as the case may be.
3.Assist with capital transactions: such as trades, acquisitions, and refinancing
4.Assist in preparation of annual budget and a set plan for each property
5.Review monthly property financial reports
6.Monitor implementation of individual property marketing plans. Define a marketing plan for each property.
7.Take lead on coordinating annual schedule of large scale maintenance and capital improvement projects
8.Visit each property regularly
9.Assist with maintaining current market knowledge, not only competing property, but also local and national economic, political and regulatory issues bearing on the assets
10.Assist as directed in any function related to buying, selling, financing, organizing, or operating the company's real estate investments
11.Assist with due diligence studies of potential acquisition properties
12.Attend semi-annual property tours as well as monitor progress and completion of tour notes
13.Ability to travel out of town from one to two weeks per month.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1.College degree required.
2.Minimum 3 years' background in real estate asset management. Other business management experience may be considered, as may experience in a law or accounting office.
3.Candidate must be well acquainted with compliance and regulatory issues.
4. CPM designation required
5.Strong organizer and planner who sets goals and conveys them effectively, who can motivate and be an example to others.
6.Must have command of Microsoft Word and Excel. Microsoft Access and Project a plus. Familiarity with e-mail systems, calendar and database programs required.
7. Current Valid driver's license required
