Fremont based Real Estate company seeks a true professional to complement our very busy office. Real Estate Administrative, Title/Escrow, or Transaction Administrator experience preferred not required.
The candidate we seek will possess a history of exemplary attendance, performance, adaptability and dedication. Proficient with latest technology; flexible, efficient, organized and resourceful with superb grammar and writing skills.
Must be proficient with:
Zip forms, Microsoft office, power point, DocuSign, emails outlook, Dropbox
Daily duties include but are not limited to
Newspaper Ad copy and placement
Creating, printing and mailing Flyers
Prepare materials for open houses
Prepare listing appointments
Input new Listing
Broker's tours preparation
Maintain lists database
Helping agents in processing paperless file from beginning to closing keeping them informed on the file.
File management and Transaction Administrator
Coordinating appointments ordering inspection, signs, reports, home warranty, and providing access to inspectors, stagers, contractors, etc.
Create timeline for new Contracts
Zip forms preparing disclosure packages
