Dishwashers are needed for our high end private resort outside Clyde Park, MT. This is a full time / seasonal position.

Responsibilities are as follows:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash and put away all dishes generated during shift from staff, guests, and the kitchen.
Maintain the organization of the pot and pan storage areas in accordance to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen in accordance with the standards set by the Executive Chef, Ranch and government regulations.
Assist with trash and card board box break down and disposal; ensuring trash bins do not exceed 30 lbs.
Perform food preparation including washing, peeling, seeding, and cutting as needed.
Actively participate in and comply with all health and safety standards, regulations, and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIALJOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all chemicals used.
Must be willing to work as part of a team to complete tasks.
Must be self directed and able to work efficiently.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification.
