Are you upbeat, energetic, professional and love assisting customers over the phone? We have the perfect position for you. . ..We are a growing multi-million dollar company, in Dewey, that needs a dedicated Full time customer service rep/ minor accounting/ purchasing /clerical / warehouse:
FT -- training provided
Must be computer experienced with basic computer/system skills
Some college preferred but not mandatory
Some warehouse duties will include filling orders, cycle counts, replenishment for warehouse
Some purchasing duties will include adjusting inventory, creating purchase order and ordering from vendors.
Customer service duties will include answering multiple phone lines, taking/keying orders, sourcing product, quotes prepared for customers and overall customer assistance- must be very friendly over the phone!!
Some clerical duties will include some filing, mailings and general office needs.
Some accounting duties will include receivables, some collections, general accounting help
