Job Responsibilities include:
Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close prospects for Performance Analytics Ag group
Facilitate communications between clients, potential clients and Performance Analytics Ag sales team, including written and verbal communications
Advise clients and potential clients on the use of our products and manage client evaluations of our products at both planning and execution stages
Assist in identifying and selecting new local partners and distributors
Develop business cases to justify investments based on expected value delivery
Create regular reports, maintain a good working knowledge of the current sales position against target for assigned markets and manage an accurate forecasts within Salesforce.com
Demonstrate products using web tools to prospects and customers
Development and execute a regional sales and marketing plan
Development of excellent product knowledge of all Iteris products
Coordinate and work with extended team members including Operations, accounting, administration, and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide weekly written progress reports and participate in weekly sales pipeline management teleconferences

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness; or
0-3 years of successful B to B sales experience

Qualifications Desired:
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Track record of growing new business opportunities
A successful track record working with business partners and within a virtual team environment
Excellent analytical skills
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience in account planning, sales strategy and execution utilizing proven sales methodologies
Experience in working with direct sales and developing distribution channels
Experience having direct managerial responsibilities is a plus
