Currently my wife and I are in a lease until April of 2016. The unit is ideal because the only wall you share with your 1 neighbor is a patio wall. No one above or below and we never hear our neighbor. None of these units are available until well after the first of the year and according to our Apt. manager most renew. We are looking to move out early and if we can find someone to move in, it will save us $ in fees. We are also considering selling most of our furniture at a discount to whoever would like to move in. We have no pets, children and don't smoke so everything is in great condition.
You would need to qualify with the leasing office in order to take over the apartment and depending on your credit they may require a deposit. We are flexible with regards the move in time frame. If you are interested please contact me and we can discuss it further. This is not a scam or a sub-lease. We are genuinely trying to turn over this apartment to a qualified renter. Rent price does not include utilities or the $35 per month pest control/garbage service.
