Responsible for establishing customer accounts & credit lines and the collection of accounts deemed to be delinquent.
Duties include customer contact in association with the sales team regarding problem account resolution, applying accepted procedures in the establishment and maintenance of customer accounts, and reporting of customer accounts status.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications required include a general knowledge of accounting & competency in collections law and lien laws & procedures, strong analysis and judgment skills, attention to detail, good math skills and an ability to work in a team environment and strong computer skills.
