We are a fast growing Insurance Related Field Services Office
Looking for someone that can grow with our company, and succeed within our company. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company and gain tremendous experience!
Position is available immediately. Duties include; Scheduling appointments (NO SALES), Answering calls, data entry, emailing, faxing, scanning, status reports, tracking, other routine office tasks.
You must be able to work independently as well as with a team and must have demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and accuracy, be reliable and consistent, detail oriented, and have good phone skills

We will train, as we use our own in-house web based system. (in addition to MS suite of programs and Google software)
Full Time position available 9-5, Flexible hours may be considered.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Must have:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Excellent Phone Skills,
Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word
Proficient in email, Gmail, and basic internet research
Must be a team player and "Go Getter"
Must be someone that can take the initiative.
(Basic Insurance knowledge and Payroll knowledge, preferred but not a must as we will train)

Must have a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
