Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper -- Construction Company (Jersey Shore)

Seeking highly motivated individual for an Administrative Assistant position within a rapidly growing company. Please submit your resume for consideration.

Manage: Data entry, invoicing/billing, reconciling bank accounts,
Reconcile bank and inter-company account statements for multiple operating companies
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivables
Knowledge of insurance workman's compensation a Plus
Maintain active Insurance for subcontractors
Maintaining file systems
Answer telephones, and schedule Appointments
Address customer needs and questions
General clerical duties, such as scanning, faxing, and filing
Data entry

A variety of other administrative tasks as needed

Must have experience with QuickBooks
Proficiency with MS office applications Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills

Hours : 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
