The Account Manager closely with internal (operations, data quality product & marketing, sales, customer service) and external (clients, prospects) participants in order to achieve one or more sales teams objectives. Responsible for a portion or all of a book of business. Maintain persistent focus on maintaining existing revenues and building revenue. Ensure that customers needs are met. Some travel to client sites and trade shows may be needed.

Key Responsibilities
Upsell/cross-sell to protect current revenue and achieve assigned growth targets within assigned account base.
Analyze customer's needs and work with internal and external participants to recommend strategies and solutions that enhance both the customer experience and DataQuick products & services profitability.
Attend industry trade shows.
Travel to client site(s) to support ongoing sales efforts at high levels within the client organization.
Maintain client profiles in company sponsored CRM application (SalesLogix).
Review legal contracts and sales proposals.
Monitor that all data sets are sent completely and accurately.
Monitor data coverage, quality and currency.
Research and report data issues.
Provide ongoing training as necessary.
Serve as primary contact for all assigned projects.
