We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 3 or more years of experience as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef
- Working knowledge of food & labor costs, P&L, scheduling, hiring, training, and all kitchen stations
- High energy in a fast paced environment (Minimum $3MM annual volume)
- Some guest orientation
