Part Time Office Services Associate (20 hours/wk) needed for professional office setting located in Albany, NY. This is an hourly, entry level position that requires previous experience in a professional office environment and/or knowledge of office services support. Hours of work will be Monday through Friday, 1:00pm -- 5:00pm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing hands-on office support services, including sorting mail and copying, in addition to switchboard and reception coverage. Work involves quality control, strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. Position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to Exceed Customer Expectations! Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
