NHS is looking for experienced Outside Sales Professionals to run a sales team in Central/Northern Michigan. The daily and weekly responsibilities will be to run a 4-6 person sales team 4-5 days a week.
The schedule is M-F and Saturdays optional. You will be responsible to train and take a sales team out to produce profitable sales/revenue for the company. There will be weekly quota your sales team is responsible for. The job will include;
Hiring a sales team
Implement classroom and field training
Organize your sales team daily
Maintain a schedule with your team
Submit payroll for your team
Maintain a professional atmosphere for your sales team and company
Responsible for your behavior and attitude of your sales team
Exceed your sales team quota
Showing your team how to produce
Previous outside sales experience
Valid driver's license
Proven track record
