SEEKING: A full-time Administrative Media Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Media Director with media schedule coordination and monitoring, research and various media buys This person will have frequent contact with broadcast media representatives.
1-2 years' experience in media or advertising-related environment
Computer skills - proficient in Word, Excel, Entourage and the Internet
Excellent phone skills
Ability to multi-task
Submit and prep co-op docs
Digital experience desired
Traffic radio and TV commercials
