Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Adobe Creative Suite: Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram: FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES

Real Estate Related: MLS Multiple Listing Service, Survey Monkey, Constant Contact (E-mail Marketing), Postlets, Advertising, DocuSign, Zipforms, Dropbox, Google Docs, Picasa Photo Editing. Top Producer CRM experience is a plus but not required.

Real Estate License: Not required but preferred
Soft Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, time management abilities, and a high aptitude for attention to detail. Self-starter and little oversight needed.

Job Description Overview:

Manage client database.
Manage daily social network postings for Facebook, LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Able to navigate within a variety of programs designed to manage property files and images.
Coordinate the preparation of listings & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
Create and distribute marketing pieces, email marketing, direct mail campaigns through various sources on a monthly basis and per campaigns.
Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.
Websites, and Social Media planning and implementation.

Coordinate details for promotional materials and researched products, as well as ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate Client Appreciation Programs.
Assist with all Client Appreciation Event details including venue selection, menus, displays, digital requirements, and coordinate RSVP management.
Maintain consistency with corporate brand standards and all communication which included web, print, and sales collateral.
Code invoices and process reimbursements.
Create newsletters from content provided by Realtor and/or Corporate for Client Relations use.
Manage business cards, stationery, and other business communication needs.
Develop processes that support efficiency of marketing such as marketing budgets, project calendars, and organization of internal files, as well as maintain priority of work flow.
Responsible for all marketing activities that support company image and keeping branding consistent throughout all internal and external material.
Manage social network content with all events, internal information, news items and industry articles.
Design, copy edit, and print marketing collateral including flyers and brochures.
Research, purchase and create an inventory for marketing promotional items identifying best price and quality.
Provide Sales Team support through preparation of marketing materials and assistance with client targeted messages.
Review & test content navigation and links regularly and report errors to webmaster.
Assist Sales Team with marketing strategy.
Point of contact for marketing vendors & responsible for payments to vendors when needed.
