The DRTV Account Executive will lead projects related to new and ongoing direct response television campaigns, including data operations, reporting, and supporting digital and communication efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as go-to for all DRTV campaign components including data feeds, digital support, call centers reporting, media buying and production
Set up data flow and reports from Call Centers, eCRM database, client Database of records for DRTV transactions
Provide ongoing reporting to client and internal teams to measure performance, transactions and donor retention
Monitor donor retention through ongoing reports and analyses and strategize with account teams for multi-channel donor reactivation campaigns
Set up direct mail letter flow, telemarketing, and/or auto-triggered emails to assist in credit card reactivation for lapsed sustainers
Analyze and understand successes and shortcomings of DRTV programs and provide strategic direction for program improvement
Use Google Analytics and conversion data to outline processes for optimizing donor conversion on webpages, emails, landing pages, etc.
Assist in client data structure initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
Support new business process for DRTV opportunities
Excellent project management skills, ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects
3+ years of database intergration and/or Internet marketing experience.
Strong working knowledge and comfort working with data organization and operations
Hand-on experience analyzing and reporting on digital campaign and testing data
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), Systems like Convio, Blackbaud, Salsa is a huge plus
Google Analytics experience highly desirable
Working knowledge of direct response marketing techniques
Expertise in multi-channel marketing initiatives (including integration of digital as well as other direct response channels)
Understanding of nonprofit industry best practices in digital media including email, digital acquisition, social media and mobile marketing
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong verbal and written communications skills required
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
