BrandLinkDC seeks a marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a track-record and a passion for helping grow businesses through traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.
The New York Times, GQ, and Washington Business Journal have profiled our company and its amazing growth. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and wants to work with our exciting client roster to launch new brands and create lasting marketing campaigns for established companies.
Our clients are a mix of nationally recognized brands like W Washington D.C. hotel, SoulCycle, Room & Board and Drybar, and Washington-based newsmakers such as Bethesda Row, Varnish Lane and &pizza.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop and execute exciting integrated marketing programs that meet the objectives of clients from inception to completion
Maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with outside resources
Manage marketing program budgets
Write marketing copy for a variety of projects, including clients' sales brochures, marketing collateral, mailers and invitations
Assist with advertising campaigns, research of advertising options both online and offline, and additional marketing opportunities
Provide pre-event, on-site and post-event assistance for events
Misc. research, duties and projects as required
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
B.S/B.A in Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
Strong time management and project management skills - must be able to initiate and follow through on high volume of projects; be aware of status and maintain tracking spreadsheets of projects
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, proven client relations skills
Positive, energetic, can-do attitude, team player
Belief that no job is too big, no job is too small
Methodical and strategic thinking, combined with creativity
Knowledge of new and emerging media, MS Office. Adobe CS a plus.
