Full time person needed to assist our Cary office to assist with paperwork, filing, answering phones, and assisting our payroll department. Lots of phone experience and solving problems is required. If you are looking for a long term, full-time position with an established company, this is a great opportunity. We need someone that can multitask and work in a team environment. Attention to detail is imperative. Pay is $12-14/hour. If you are looking for more than that to start, we cannot help you.
We are looking to start the right person as soon as possible. Professionalism is a must. Experience with payroll and answering phones is helpful but not required. Computer experience is required. 40 hours per week available. For the right individual, we can be flexible with your schedule.
Job Duties Include:
Help with payroll for 1000+ employees
Answering Phones in a Professional Manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
Assist with Invoicing
Working with our employees to get to them to their job sites every day.
Help recruit new employees & process paperwork.
