The Village Green Resort & Gardens is looking for a front desk associate.
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests to ensure an enjoyable stay and a high rate of guest return. Accommodate hotel guests by registering guests, issuing room keys, answering phone calls, transmitting and receiving messages, answering multiple verbal and written questions about the hotel and the area, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, negotiating room rates and upgrades, making and confirming telephone and internet reservations, and presenting statements to and receiving payments from departing guests.
Front desk employees are the first contact made at the property by potential guests. Our staff is expected to be cheerful, courteous, pleasant and helpful to all guests and potential guests. Our policy is that all our guests have an experience they will remember.
This person must be costumer service oriented and work well under pressure. This person must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able multitask by answering phones and taking care of guests in front of you. Also must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
