East Coast Rubber is a custom molded rubber manufacturer located in Deptford NJ. We are seeking individuals with some machine operating experience. Individuals will also be responsible to produce quality products within defined processes. Requirements include strong core value in work ethic and disciplines in a fast paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
?Detailed inspection of all work produced
?Ability to recognize and report machine malfunctioning
?Record/report accurate production data
?Participate in continuous improvement activities
?Follow quality procedures
?Report safety and safety issues
?Maintain a clean organized work area
Job Qualifications:
?High school diploma or equivalent
?Must have excellent eyesight to spot defects in the manufactured parts
?Must have good hand/eye coordination
?Must be able to do some heavy lifting
?Must have a good mechanical aptitude
?MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
?Must pass a background test
Salary:

?Starting Salary $10-$14 per hour based on experience
