This is a phone support position.

Position is in Westminster. nine plus month contract at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.

W-2 rate in the $22/hour range. Background checks will be done.

Client requires US Citizenship

Looking for IT Helpdesk phone staff:
1) Previous proven Helpdesk/Customer Service experience - required
2) Windows XP and 7 with Office 2007 or 10 required
3) Corporate iPhone with corporate email sync very desirable
4) WEB applications, Oracle Applications, BaaN Applications and Oracle EBS Application for customer support helpful.
5) HEAT software experience desirable.
6) All support is via telephone. Individual must be very clear spoken with a great phone presence.
7) Availability to work any shifts 07:00am to 10:00pm with some extended hours. I do not expect any weekend requirements.
8) Previous IT experience very required.
9) May be asked to work tasks other than Helpdesk coverage.
10) Well dressed and groomed. Good business appearance.
11) 3+ years working Help Desk Support, certified A+ or MCP preferred, Network/Desktop troubleshooting experience with: Re-Imaging Desktops, Windows XP/7 Operating Systems, Office 2007/10 Suite and outlook/Exchange.
12) Tier I support; also considered the Initial Point of Contact or Help Desk Specialist for ALL incoming customer technical issues (including outside vendors). Processes customer queries/issues. Follows document blueprints and standard operating procedures. Ensures accurate logging of all calls. Achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
