The position of Service coordinator is established to dispatch, plan, organize and monitor activities within the Service Department and to ensure the productive, efficient and safe activities of field services, as directed by the established Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in and maintain customer provided on-line portals.
Dispatch field resources and assign preventive maintenance and service/repair work based on technician's skill set.
Coordinate work flow of all field service requests.
Field phone calls and respond to internal and external emails.
Open and review work orders to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
Keep Supervisor up-to-date regarding current Work In Progress.
Focus on making every work hour a profitable hour for the company.
Provide an excellent example of customer service on all levels for the company.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the construction service industry is desired, but not required.
Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and cognitive understanding skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Quickbotks.
Accurate data entry.
Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.
Able to develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.
Must have experience with multi line phone system.
