OB DESCRIPTION:
Process marketing activity reimbursement requests, including audit and payment requests.
Interact with customers and suppliers to educate them on client processes, policies, controls and
systems.
Partner with finance and internal/external audit in compliance with all marketing mega process policies
and controls.
Perform scheduled and ad hoc reporting.
Execute issue resolution with internal and external customers in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
Communicate and report claims statuses to dedicated accounts and account owners on a regular basis.
Work on related projects and/or assignments as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years related experience and knowledge of business process administration/marketing program
logistics.
Intermediate Excel skills (experience with Pivots) required, SAP experience desired.
Must be highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Must have strong problem solving and communication skills.
Previous exposure to financial policies, business processes and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) a plus.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
BS/BA in Marketing, Business or Finance preferred.
