Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Manage interviewing and hiring process to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers to include behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions on an as-needed basis.
Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on Nationwide Credit hiring process.
This position requires one to two years experience in a high volume recruiting role as well as solid experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be have a solid background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment.
