The Systems Administrator / IT Help Desk position is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff to seamlessly execute their responsibilities. The position is especially responsible for provisioning new hardware and user accounts across our various systems, and setting them up in advance to the extent possible to make the onboarding process seamless.

General duties:
Ensure that technology is kept working in an efficient manner
Troubleshoot any issues with the network, hardware, and software of the company's technology systems
Provision technology and set up accounts for new employee onboarding and follow similar processes for off-boarding terminated employees
Monitor, maintain, and upgrade these systems as needed
Configure remote access on Windows

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
Google Apps
CRM Software
Helpdesk software
Microsoft Windows
Android
Networking
Basic scripting (any language)
Databases
IT Security
Phone / Hosted PBX Administration

Other required skills:
Ability to follow instructions / execute processes by following to a checklist
Clear and concise writing
Typing 60 wpm or faster
Critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to learn new systems, software, and skills
Basic knowledge of information security best practices
Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Ability to troubleshoot problems and find answers using the internet

The position will start at 20 hours per week at $15/hr with opportunity to move to full time
