Spaceman USA is a local manufacturer/distributor of soft serve and frozen beverage foodservice equipment. We are a fast growing brand based in Boulder and are looking for exceptional new talent to join our team!
The Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing systems and products through their entire life cycle. Responsibilities include Product Support, Customer Service Support, Quality Control checks, and Packaging and Shipping of freight and parcel products.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and serving as a member of the Operations Team along with other Customer Service Representatives and Service Technicians, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring high product and service quality by providing professional service and support to all Spaceman USA customers.
-Serves existing accounts by responding to customer service inquiries, investigating issues and complaints, conducting tests and resolving problems
-Documents service, quality control, and shipping actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
-Conducts Quality Control checks and inspections on new and used machines and products and reports on issues, concerns, and abnormalities.
-Performs product refurbishment of used and damaged items
-Maintains a clean, safe working environment at all times
-Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and calling for repairs
-Accomplishes the organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
40 hrs / week
$14.00 /hour - DOE
