We are looking for a fun, energetic, self-motivated person to work full-time (8-5) in our office. In this position, you will be answering phone calls, chatting online with our customers, responding to emails, processing returns, and keeping our customers happy! Pay starts at $9.50/hr with a review at 30 days. Full-time positions in our company include paid holidays, paid time off, activities with incentives (gift cards), monthly company lunch and a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Call customers
- Respond to emails
- Chat with customers
- Pull, pack, & ship orders when needed.

Requirements:
- 1 yr customer service experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Type 50 WPM
- Communicate well
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work well in a group environment
- Energetic and pleasant
- Creative and innovative
- Punctual and reliable
- Familiarity with Gmail & Google Docs

Not required, but considered a plus:
- Experience in an ecommerce business
- Experience working in a warehouse
- LDS Church service
