The primary objective of the Recruiter is to drive production and order filling for our client by evaluating their staffing needs, as well as candidates' skill and experience, to make effective matches. The successful recruiter builds and manages a database of placeable candidates for various accounts / site locations and manages the manpower, which they then consult sales and support in evaluating the needs of a given account / site location.

Position Summary

These positions are committed to delivering a high level of service to our candidates and our clients by:

-Sourcing and establishing connections with community resources for building a data base of candidates, and maintaining targeted headcount as established
-Evaluating talent within their market and assessing client demands to make the match between the client's staffing needs and the candidate's skills and experience
-Coaching and developing candidates to meet and exceed the needs of our clients on a consistent, ongoing basis and keeping accurate record of such
-Managing the fill of client orders on an ongoing basis ensuring 100% fill rate is attained within the assigned markets / site locations accordingly
-Supporting client operations by providing top quality service and talent management to support their business operations needs collaboratively with sales and support
-Daily reporting to management on all activities
