Mountain Supply & Service has immediate openings for Filtration/Fluid Technicians at our Bryan, Texas facility.

Job Summary: Travel to customer location and assist in the rig up and rig down of the filtration unit, monitor tanks and water levels, hook up hoses, and pull socks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow instruction and directions of the Crew Boss at all times
Assist in the rig up or rig down of the filtration unit
- Watch water levels on Frac tanks
- Fuel the Baker pumps
- Pour chemicals into the pump truck
- Hook up hoses
- Pull socks
Responsible for daily communication with the Filtration management for duty assignments and reporting times/locations.
Perform a pre-trip inspection of the truck to ensure the truck is properly stocked with all tools and supplies need for the job.
Keeping inside and outside of truck clean and organized.
Responsible for turning in a time sheet every Monday before noon for the prior week.
Make sure all safety equipment is in proper working condition before every job.
Responsible for notifying management any potential safety issues and damages to equipment.
Follow all DOT rules and regulations while driving including driver logs and pre/post trip vehicle assessments.
At the start of each shift, conduct a thorough walk-around and hand-over with the blending operation you are relieving.
Test all water for pH and Chlorides at the start of the shift and throughout the shift.
Upon completion of a job, ensure completion of Mountain paperwork and get proper signatures.
Communicate effectively between management, sales, purchasing, and office personnel to deliver excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot any potential problems in a method that is proactive instead of reactive.
Consistently maintain and promote a "Safety First" attitude with all employees.
Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and valid driver's license.
Able to pass all company required physical and drug testing examinations.
All other job duties and responsibilities as determined by management.

Skills & Abilities:
Able to take direction and instruction
Lift 80-100 lb socks packed off
Ability to travel up and down ladders and across manifolds
Ability to interpret and follow directions from road atlas and GPS

Work Environment:
Outside and exposed to the elements 80% of the time
Very dirty and dusty environment
Long drive times with potential for stand by time

Work Schedule:
12 hour shifts
