This position will provide support to our Finance team by serving as a source of contact for various invoicing and payment issues. The individual in this role will accept payments from Sales representatives (or clients) who will be calling in payments, or to address any payment/invoicing questions from our client base. The incumbent will process these transactions using our ClearTran payment processing system, schedule recurring payments, handle fee rejections and ensure that company policies are met. A successful candidate will also be cross-trained in credit policy and perform control reporting for the business for review by senior management.


Receives and processes payment calls from field sales reps.
Reviews and responds to billing/payment inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with company, industry, regulatory safety, standards, and protocols for payment processing.
Processes and maintains accurate log of client payment and performs account reconciliation.
Reviews and assists in the resolution of declined or reversed payments.
Recommends service enhancements and value-added opportunities.
Implements internal controls to assure quality and effective service delivery.
Performs other related duties as assigned.


High school graduate or equivalent. Two year business degree preferred. Must have a minimum of three years of finance or customer service experience.


Ability to work in a constantly evolving role, with changing responsibilities.
Customer service, conflict management, negotiation skills or the ability to develop them.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
Must be able to identify and diagnosis issues to ensure achievement of goals.
High degree of organizational savvy to work across multiple functional departments to achieve goals.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Normal office routine. Periodic overtime may be required. (Mandatory)

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6 PM, may be asked stay until 7 PM as needed, along with occasional Saturdays (no more than once/month).
