We are looking for a person to operate our reception desk.
Tasks will include (but not limited to);
* responsibility for answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls to vendors, customers and employees.
* data entry.
* welcoming and directing persons entering the building.
* scheduling appointments for sales and administrative staff
* sending mail and packages, receiving mail and packages
* minor house-keeping tasks around the office area.
* limited administrative book-keeping (AR/AP)
Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
Experience with Quick-books recommended.
Must be personable, out-going, and well-spoken.
