With a force of remote Field Representatives across all 50 states, Mueller reports completes reports for many of the national insurance providers. They hire our services in order to complete routine underwriting reports in a timely, efficient manner. Our Tonawanda, NY headquarters currently staffs employees in various departments, including Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Training, Telephone Services, Field Services, Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology.

We are hiring for a Part Time Telephone Services Interviewer to conduct over the phone insurance policy reviews in a courteous and professional manner.

Mueller services offers a casual work environment. NO SALES OR COLLECTIONS INVOLVED.

Conduct phone interviews to update insurance information with policyholders, by taking inbound and placing outbound calls.
Enter data into computer while speaking on the phone.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
This position is approximately 25 to 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who would be available to work during the following hours. 12PM (Noon) to 12 AM (Midnight) Monday to Thursday, Friday from 12PM (Noon) to 9PM and Saturdays 10AM to 6PM with flexibility.

Superior computer skills -- MS Windows and the Internet
Good typing skills
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Pleasant on the phone
Follows instructions
