The Customer Service Associates are responsible for delivering general information to callers. Scripts will be provided and need to be used for all calls. Neither subject matter knowledge nor independent decision making is required by this position.
This position is responsible for providing general information and assistance with an online application process

Provide knowledgeable, professional and timely assistance to all incoming calls. Use scripts exactly as set forth by company Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures such as filling out time sheets, adhering to privacy rules and responding to numerous phone inquiries.
Provide application assistance and guidance for online submission of information Log all call information into the system Escalate calls per operating procedures
Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties.
Answer all calls according to policy timeline
May be required to work scheduled holidays. Overtime may be required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6 months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required (retail is OK)
Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.
Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required.
Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
