State Farm agency located right off the interstate in Lawrenceville/Duluth/Suwanee area seeks one candidate to join our winning team. We are looking for the right candidate to help our agency grow as well as take care of our existing customers. Auto and homeowners insurance will be the products that you will primarily sell and service. PROSPECTS REQUESTING QUOTES ARE PROVIDED (NO COLD CALLING). Auto and home insurance are products that just about everyone has to have, so this is a tremendous opportunity for any candidate that has good work ethic and natural sales ability. There are tremendous advancement opportunities within the State Farm organization for anyone who excels.
Sell auto, home, life insurance, health, and banking products for a Fortune 30 company.
Service existing book of business and actively prospect for new customers through relationship building, community based networking and other marketing activities
Work in a professional sales environment.
Prospecting and selling is primarily conducted from the office, however under certain circumstances out of office appointments may be necessary.
Learn how to run a successful agency while participating in our extensive training program (if desired)
Associate gets their own office (no cubicle ?)
Self-confidence; perseverance; strong work ethic -- remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity
Solid communication skills
Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing (paid for by agency)
High earning potential -- Get paid what your worth (40k-110k: Base salary plus commissions AND bonuses)
No weekends and very rarely work past standard hours.
