TheOpportunity Holland Partner Group is currently seeking a talented Regional Trainer based out of our Seattle, WA Regional Office! The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. This is an excellent opportunity to apply yourtalent, vision, drive, and experience to our team as Holland continues to grow along the Western US. TheResponsibilities The Regional Trainer creates, administers, and maintains all phases of training and development.Essential job functions will include:
Create team culture while supporting company standards.
Implement corporate training programs, policies, and procedures.
One-on-one training per month as needed.
Prepares effective curriculum including a variety of training aids and materials.
Supports initiatives through training program.
Analyze training program effectiveness and submit reports and recommendations to management.
Serve as a developer, facilitator and /or host for assigned programs, modules, or events.
Coordinates with third-party vendors, contractors, and other external parties to enhance internal training programs.
Provide coaching and support to additional trainers and participants to facilitate the development of additional knowledge and skills.
TheQualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required and a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 years of professional training experience is required and prior experience in the multi-family industry preferred.
