Looking for a full time receptionist / office assistant for professional escrow operation in Northgate who can start immediately. The ideal candidate would need to be detailed oriented, computer literate with Microsoft Office, have an ability to multitask, able to work under moderate time pressures,
and a pleasure to be around!
- College Graduate Preferred but not required
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great computer skills & typing speed
- Personable, well organized, self-motivated and a problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
pluses but not critical:
- Escrow, Mortgage or Real Estate related background.
- Marketing, web and social media experience
- Interest in a long term position
As in all small businesses, you must be willing to wear several hats at the same time.
Our office hours are Monday -- Friday, 8:30 am -- 5:00 pm
There is room to grow in this company as we keep expanding. Everyone here is nice and professional and we have had very little turnover in staff. We are a stable well capitalized company that has done well in the escrow business. We want a good team player to keep us moving forward.
