Local construction company looking for part time office help. Applicant should be able to efficiently answer phones, take detailed messages, enter accounts payable, detailed filing and enter time for payroll. Must be proficient in quickbooks and Microsoft office suite. approx. 20 - 30 hours per week M-F. Extra hours may be available. Pay dependent on experience, benefits available. Casual dress. Will report to office manager.
