Chiropractic/Medical Office Manager
Responsible for the operations and administration side of three (3) chiropractic offices. Ensures offices are running smoothly by supervising office staff, hires, terminates, and trains employees on all office operations especially promotion of proper chiropractic care.
Supervise secretaries, receptionists, and all front office staff, including ensuring all employees are working on 40 hours, are taking adequate breaks and are complying with a schedule given by management team.
Supervise appointment schedules.
Maintain medical records.
Arrange cleaning staff.
Order medical and office supplies.
Assess employee performance and communicate to management regularly to determine succession planning or dismissal.
Perform data entry and processing, with accuracy.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures in partnership with management team.
Formulate objectives and processes.
They have to make sure that the rules of the establishment are followed by every employee.
They have to make sure that the establishment has adequate staff to perform its duties efficiently.
They are solely in charge of thinking of ways to make the establishment grow, and new ways to improve current processes or implement new processes for effectiveness.
They have to ensure the smooth running of the establishment, which includes checking on the staff, supplies, and any other problem which can affect the smooth running of the establishment.
They are in charge of hiring administrative staff as well as any training that will need to take place.
They have to ensure that the establishment stays well with the medical guidelines, ethics and laws.
They have to oversee patient satisfaction, and communicate with the patients and management team in case of complaints.
They have to ensure that all records of the facility are maintained properly and are up-to-date.
Assist in any function needed by the company based on business needs.
MUST have at least a 2 year college degree.
MUST have experience.
MUST be computer savvy, familiar with EMR systems, Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer systems.
MUST have experience in a CLINIC setting. Although Hospitals and Doctor's offices is good, CLINIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Applicants without CLINIC experience WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
MUST have experience supervising a large staff, experience in training and developing as well as hiring and firing.
MUST be friendly but firm, understanding the importance of employee retention/employment dismissal.
MUST have references.
MUST be available to start immediately.
