Boutique Business law firm in Oxnard seeking a part time Receptionist/Office Assistant who can work 20-25 hours/week. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to manage his/her workload with minimal supervision, follows instructions and is a team player.

Duties Include:

-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to callers
-Greet persons entering organization
-Direct persons to correct destination
-Deal with queries from the public and customers
-Provide general administrative and clerical support
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Schedule and Calendar appointments
-Organize conference and meeting room bookings
-Coordinate meetings and organize catering
-Maintain equipment and supplies
-Tidy and maintain the reception area

**Some college & legal experience preferred
**Bi-lingual highly preferred
