This HireStrategy client in Washington, D.C. is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support for a demanding office and it’s Vice President. The primary responsibility will be managing the Vice President’s hectic schedule. This position will support heavy travel and calendaring, extensive filing and constant phone and email support.

* Ability to multi-task and complete a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
* Ability and willingness to work overtime on projects and tasks as required
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably at a professional services firm
* Proficient computer skills: Windows 2000, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Minimum typing speed: 50 wpm
* Excellent verbal and writing skills, especially proofreading
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
