Immediate opening for full time employee in a Monterey orthotic/prosthetic office. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of HCPC and ICD-9 coding, Medicare, Medi-cal and other insurance's billing practices. This employee will submit correctly coded claims to insurance carriers, process company's response to claims, submit billing statements to patients, perform data entry, collect A/R, make bank deposits, schedule, confirm and follow up patient appointments, maintain appropriate medical records, obtain proper documentation as necessary, manage medical office bills, order medical and office supplies, etc.
